VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING

LOCATION: DEBERT, NOVA SCOTIA

The Company

Kohltech Windows & Entrance Systems (“Kohltech”) is one of Canada’s largest window and door manufacturers, with production facilities in Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Alberta. We believe our growth and success can be directly attributed to the emphasis we place on service, quality, and innovation. With over 40 years of history, the company has built strong customer and employee relationships.

The Role

Located in Debert, Nova Scotia and reporting to the President, the Vice President (“VP”), Sales & Marketing is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and will lead and modernize Kohltech’s sales and marketing functions. This includes achieving targeted sales and profitability levels, strengthening the go-to-market strategy, building a unified sales operating model, aligning marketing with demand generation, and introducing greater commercial visibility and pricing discipline across the business. The VP is required to travel nationally and internationally several times per year.

Building on Kohltech’s strong foundation, the VP will position Kohltech for its next phase of growth by ensuring commercial strategies are aligned with operational capacity and long-term business priorities. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive coordination across functions and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.

Who You Are

You think beyond immediate sales targets and demonstrate the ability to align sales and marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Within the Sales and Marketing team, you foster accountability and teamwork, reinforcing a “we” culture that prioritizes collective success over individual performance.

Essential competencies include entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, professionalism, communication proficiency, and business acumen.
